It all began back in 1967 in a small garage in Karlsruhe Durlach. Day and night work went on, little by little pieces were added. A clever idea began to take shape.
A few years later the company moved to Karlsruhe Daxlanden. A proper garage was set up with lifting platform, a spares warehouse and an office.
This is where the foundations were laid. Old stock was bought up, special cars stored away. Manfred Freisinger senior developed into a special kind of Porsche collector - a contact for everything connected with Porsche cars. Like father like son. Manfed Freisinger junior was endowed with a love of cars from birth.
The big breakthrough was on its way. Business flourished, the company grew and the new company premises in Karlsruhe Rheinhafen were bought. The company was able to really develop here.
Mechanics specialised in spares, engine/transmission, technology, repair, restoration, and racing became experts in their fields. The small spares warehouse grew into a huge spares warehouse with new and old parts from more than 100 Porsche cars covering all the models.
Freisinger has now been in business for 40 years and has been able to make a good name for itself amongst dealers all around the world.
